On August 4, 2016, NIG was working on the academic exchange agreement with Tokyo University of Agriculture. This agreement will contribute to the development of research collaboration and human exchange between the institutes.

Also, the faculty of life science (tentative name) will be established in Tokyo University of Agriculture in FY2017. This faculty will further contribute to the collaboration.
