The National Institute of Genetics (NIG) functions as the Genetics Program of The Graduate University for Advanced Studies, SOKENDAI and offers graduate programs in Genetics.Those who have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent are eligible to apply to our 5year PhD program. Those with a master’s degree or two years of research experience after obtaining bachelor’s degree can enroll in our 3year PhD program.
