Outline

This lecture is based on e-learning web system. Lectures include acquiring literature information on biology, acquisition of base sequence of genome, gene function annotation by Gene Ontology. Principles and application of these analyses will be given，and students are requested to practice data analyses.

To learn the basics of bioinformatics. To use basic bioinformatics technologies correctly.

This course will introduce basic principles and concepts of bioinformatics using web-based e-learning system. Students are expected to search and analyze using the internet. This course will be conducted mainly in English.
