I would like to thank NIG for providing me this wonderful opportunity to work and study in Japan. Although this six-week work is intense, I still gained a lot from this internship programme. For my work at NIG, I established a working pipeline by using Alphafold Multimer to perform in silico protein-protein interaction screening. This method is a potential and promising strategy because it can identify potential protein-protein interactions and novel protein complexes. I want to thank Prof. Masato Kanemaki and Dr. Xiaoxuan Zhu, for their support and supervision. Without their help, I could not make my final wonderful presentation in the end.

For my life at Mishima, Mishima is an attractive city. It has delicious food and friendly people. It also has NIG – a wonderful place to start your academic career! Here, I want to thank all lab members at Kanemaki sensei lab, they helped me a lot and it is my pleasure to work and live with them. They also helped me settle down my life at Mishima. Mishima and NIG became my unforgettable experience and memory in Japan. Thank you very much.

I will never forget my life at NIG and Mishima. I will appear at NIG next year, in the season of Sakura!
