Topic 13: Critiquing Presentations One of the best ways to improve our own presentation is to practice critiquing those of other researchers. In learning how to watch a presentation with a critical mind and searching for problem points and solutions to those problems, we develop an awareness which we can then apply to making our own presentations better. In this unit we will review strategies for good scientific presentations, watch a video of a presentation which needs improvement, discuss parts of the presentation which are unsuccessful, and make suggestions to improve the presentation.
